Forest is classified as wild-type endemic to the Maluku (Moluccas) Islands, The different condition growing areas causes various types associated with clove. study aimed identify obtain AMF inoculums two distribution in Maluku. results found spores genus Glomus cloves Ambon Island a spore density 35/50 g soil. In comparison, three were Seram Island, Scutellospora one Acaulospora. With an overall 5/50 After culture trapping, there was change type increase soil samples areas. Soil after trapping obtained new Acaulospora total number 57/50 while count 104/50

INTRODUCTION OF SOME NEW ARBUSCULAR-MYCORRHIZAL FUNGI (AMF) FROM CITRUS RHIZOSPHERE OF IRAN
During 2001-2002, a total number of 164 soil-root samples were collected from citrus orchards of six provinces, namely, Fars, Gilan, Mazandaran, Kerman, Hormozgan and Sistan va Baloochestan. Soil samples were decanted and centrifuged and spores were collected and examined. Out of 23 identified species, five species were recognized new to Iran mycoflora. New species are as follows: Gomus albidum...
متن کاملIdentification and isolation of two ascomycete fungi from spores of the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus Scutellospora castanea.
Two filamentous fungi with different phenotypes were isolated from crushed healthy spores or perforated dead spores of the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus (AMF) Scutellospora castanea. Based on comparative sequence analysis of 5.8S ribosomal DNA and internal transcribed spacer fragments, one isolate, obtained from perforated dead spores only, was assigned to the genus Nectria, and the second, obt...

Effectiveness of indigenous and non-indigenous isolates of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in soils from degraded ecosystems and man-made habitats
Culturing in soils from degraded ecosystems significantly influenced the effectiveness of indigenous arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) isolated from disturbed and undisturbed soils. The AMF isolates from degraded or artificially created habitats (acid rain polluted site, power station fly ash deposits, spoil banks, pyrite deposit), were not, in most cases, more effective than those from undist...
